Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Tertiary qualification related to the position (advantageous).
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Preferably residing in the Southern Suburbs.
  • Ability to prioritize and assess the severity of customer problems to support triaging.
  • Passionate about delivering a consistently high customer experience.
  • An empathetic tone of voice and the ability to apply guidelines to maintain a consistent tone across all customer communications and channels.
  • Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly, tailored to the audience.
  • Experience in sharing knowledge to improve team performance.
  • Comfortable working with new technologies and systems.
  • Proven track record of identifying improvements, proposing solutions, and implementing change.
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly and take ownership of personal development and training.
