Role Purpose

To provide overall support to clients that utilize the bank's digital channels, focusing on FX transactions.

Are You Someone Who Can

  1. Check Vantage for the Specialist assigned to Excon vetting and follow up.
  2. Handle client queries regarding payment transitions from portal to bank, e.g., Get Quote, etc.
  3. Identify clients under surveillance, especially those facing Reg 12 blocking orders by SARB.
  4. Follow up with the Compliance Docs team to uplift such blocking orders.
  5. Coordinate with the FRB’s Payment Screening team for transactions to grey-listed countries and escalate bottlenecked transactions.
  6. Follow up with Frontline on transactions requiring Dynamics cases due to payment screening.
  7. Assist clients in reconciling bank charges, especially those involving foreign bank fees with mismatched references.
  8. Follow up with credit approval for transactions that are stalled.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You

  1. Have a minimum of Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification.
  2. Have 5-10 years’ experience in dealing with Forex products in a client service environment.
  3. Have experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry (preferred).
