What you will do :

• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits under the guidance of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Reconcile cheque and credit card payments daily, ensuring 100% accuracy in posting payments to customer accounts.
• Print daily reports as required, including the End of Day Report and Payments Listing, in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidential office records and files covering daily transactions, including customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
• Complete administrative correspondence.
• Assist with inventory control and the receipt of supplies and inventory shipments.
• Champion Nutrien's culture of care and ensure compliance with industry regulations and EH&S standards.

What you will bring :

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience with SAP is an asset.
