Responsibilities

  • Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
  • Assist Customers: Help our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
  • Quality-Based Responses: Focus on providing quality responses as the standard day-to-day.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
  • Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented and flexible

Technical Requirements

  • Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed
