Job description

Job Summary

The role is responsible for the end-to-end Order To Cash process to ensure on-time order fulfillment in Business-to-Business support at the country or regional level. It also involves Order to Cash project management as a country or regional superuser with in-depth expertise. This position's career path is focused on individual contributor growth, not progressing towards a managerial role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders, including domestic, export, and consignment orders, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act: order entry, confirmation, invoice issuance, and follow-up until delivery, including documentation and problem resolution.
  • Process credit or debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.
  • Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to sales orders.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and monitor KPIs in the Order to Cash process.
  • Support internal/external audits as needed.
  • Serve as a country or regional superuser for SAP, international trade processes, or specific parts of the Order to Cash process, providing in-depth expertise.
  • Coach and train Customer Service teams to improve the Order to Cash process and service levels at the country or regional level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (no specific major required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international trade.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Basic understanding of finance.
  • Fluent business English communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
