• Investigate and resolve account issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor unusual transactions and escalate to management.
• Prepare manual payments for Treasury.
• Attend to ad-hoc tasks as required by operations.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Accurately process withdrawals to customer accounts after successful compliance checks using the designated platform.
• Effective resolution of customer queries across various platforms.
• Investigate and resolve account related issues or discrepancies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders until completion.
• Monitor suspicious or unusual transactional activity on customer accounts and escape to the management team.
• Preparation of manual payments required to be submitted to the Treasury team.
• Attend to ad-hoc functions as required due to operational requirements.
