Our client is a reputable, well-known brand in the UK requiring your excellent Customer Service skills within an Omni-channel environment servicing their UK clientele.

Requirements

The role requires your reliability, flexibility, professionalism, great verbal & written English communication skills, and a friendly "can do" attitude.


Experience in a similar role dealing with international clientele is advantageous.


Ability to cope with multi-tasking in this fast-paced, demanding environment, responding to emails, multimedia chats, and telephonic enquiries.


Matric / NQF Level 4 is required/mandatory.


A clear criminal record is mandatory.


Benefits

FLEXI HOURS/PART-TIME: This role offers the flexibility of shifts (ideal for students). Preference will be given to those with a proven track record of top quality and performance. Shifts are rostered from Monday to Sunday, between 10:30 am and 10:00 pm. You must be willing to work weekend shifts. Safe, free transport is provided home after shifts.


Competitive hourly rate based on productive hours delivered.
