Our client is a reputable, well-known brand in the UK which requires your excellent Customer Service skills within an Omni-channel environment servicing their UK clientele.

Requirements
The role requires your reliability, flexibility, professionalism, great verbal & written English communication skills, and a friendly "can do" attitude.
Experience in a similar role dealing with international clientele will be advantageous.
Ability to cope with multi-tasking in this fast-paced, demanding environment, responding to emails, multimedia chats, and telephonic enquiries.
Matric / NQF Level 4 is required/mandatory.
Clear criminal record is mandatory.
Benefits
FLEXI HOURS/PART TIME: This role offers the flexibility of shifts (ideal for students). Preference will be given to those with a proven track record of top performance. Shifts are rostered from Monday - Sunday, between 10:30 am - 10:00 pm (you must be willing to work weekends). Safe, free transport is provided after shifts.
Competitive hourly rate based on productive hours delivered.
