As a Customer Service Associate at Tech Hartford, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our dynamic team of tech experts, gaining valuable experience and skills in the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate team members
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions to clients
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of new customer service policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer service experience

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech-related industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic technical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
