What you will do in this role
  1. Take ownership of high-profile, escalated cases from start to resolution.
  2. Manage work orders within business SLA's.
  3. Consistently apply behavioral and compliance standards.
  4. Share knowledge and skills with team members.
  5. Communicate relevant campaign information to colleagues, customers, and managers.
  6. Develop and maintain current knowledge of the campaign.
  7. Ensure first contact resolution at all times.
  8. Protect information security and report issues using proper processes.
  9. Provide excellent customer experiences consistently.
  10. Verify and update customer information.
  11. Proactively offer solutions to customer issues or concerns.
Your qualifications and experience
  • Minimum of 6 months international Call Centre experience (essential).
  • Minimum of 6 months target-driven sales experience (essential).
  • Passed Grade 12.
  • Ability to work shifts aligned with UK business hours.
  • Proficient in English verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated and highly responsible.
