Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle high-profile, escalated cases from start to resolution.
  2. Manage work orders within SLA standards.
  3. Assess and mitigate Health and Safety risks proactively.
  4. Apply behavioral and compliance standards consistently.
  5. Share knowledge and skills with team members.
  6. Communicate relevant information to colleagues, customers, and managers.
  7. Maintain current knowledge of the campaign.
  8. Ensure first contact resolution.
  9. Protect information security and report issues appropriately.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  11. Verify and update customer information.
  12. Proactively offer solutions to customer issues or concerns.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 12 months international BPO call center experience (essential).
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, retail, or fintech (advantageous).
  • Passed Grade 12.
  • Ability to work shifts in a 24-hour environment.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
