We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Liaise with different departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team.
  6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and department goals.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with customer service software.
  7. Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  10. Fluent proficiency in English, additional languages a plus.
