Role Overview :

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your friendly and professional approach will help build lasting relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with our team of consultants to ensure prompt and effective response to customer needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations for process enhancements
  • Participate in training programs and keep up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements :

  • Minimum of high school diploma; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingualism is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
