Job description

The job incumbent leads Customer / Sales Support activities within the Sales Office in MHZA Region and contributes to MANNHUMMEL (MH) growth and profitability in this specific market.

He / she coordinates Internal Sales Services activities, Customer support, supports the logistic coordinator.

Main Accountabilities include management of customer correspondence, invoicing, issuance of credit and debit notes, and handling various issues related to commercial support activities.

Maintains contacts and relations with headquarters to obtain information on time, goods deliveries, pricing, and billing.

Supports external and internal audits, cooperates with the sales department, ensures on-time delivery of customer orders, and coordinates SCM projects with customers and suppliers.

Maintains close communication with third-party logistics providers and handles additional projects from management as required. Acts as backup for the logistic coordinator during vacation times.

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
  • Studies in business administration or equivalent education/work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in office administration and sales support processes.
  • Medium experience in supply chain logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Business acumen, customer orientation, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Self-initiative, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, decisiveness, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • ERP knowledge in finance and logistics modules (SAP and/or LogoTiger2 preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial skills, cross-functional thinking, intercultural understanding.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficiency in MS Office applications.
