The role involves processing data and providing fair and appropriate treatment of customers to ensure enquiries are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will undertake a full company induction and in-house training, working towards achieving their SCQF Level 6 in Business and Administration, awarded by both SQA and MA online.
