Job description

You will join an exceptional Customer Care Team within Boomerang, working on an offshore client campaign, communicating daily with customers to resolve queries via phone, live chat, and email. You will have the opportunity to shape the customer journey and find new ways to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary contact for new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Use communication tools including phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat to support healthcare-related queries.
  • Handle a variety of queries, issues, and feedback from customers in the healthcare sector.

This role requires working 40-45 hours per week, on a rotating schedule including weekends and bank holidays, with shifts typically between 9am and 10pm.
