A leading company in customer service is looking for Customer Care representatives to join their team. This role involves assisting customers via various communication channels about healthcare-related queries while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will join an exceptional Customer Care Team within Boomerang for one of our offshore client campaigns, engaging with customers daily to resolve queries. All customer contact will be managed through you, utilizing phone, live chat, and emails. You will have the opportunity to shape the customer journey and develop new ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
Able to start ASAP.
This role requires 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on a rolling rota including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are scheduled between 8 am and 8 pm, subject to change. The role involves providing accessible support across all communication channels to help our customers effectively.
