This exciting opportunity is aimed at individuals who are outgoing, hardworking, and excellent communicators who care passionately about the customer experience.

You will join an exceptional Customer Care Team within Boomerang for one of our offshore client campaigns, engaging with customers daily to resolve queries. All customer contact will be managed through you, utilizing phone, live chat, and emails. You will have the opportunity to shape the customer journey and develop new ways to enhance customer satisfaction.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like in This Role
  • Serve as the primary contact for new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Use communication tools including phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat to support customers with healthcare-related queries.
  • Handle a wide range of queries, issues, and feedback from our healthcare customer base.
  • Create positive experiences, ensuring a compassionate and supportive approach.
  • Promote our ethos of building meaningful people connections.
  • Maintain service excellence and align with our values of prioritizing customer needs.
Requirements
  • Clear criminal record (essential)
  • Matric or equivalent (NQF4) (essential)
  • Proficiency in English (essential)

  • Customer service experience (essential)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with live web chat, email, and voice communication

This role requires 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on a rolling rota including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are scheduled between 8 am and 8 pm, subject to change. The role involves providing accessible support across all communication channels to help our customers effectively.
