Customer Service Agent (CS BAE)

This exciting opportunity is aimed at individuals who are outgoing, hardworking, and excellent communicators who care passionately about the customer experience.

You will join an exceptional Customer Love Team within Boomerang for one of our offshore UK client campaigns, engaging with customers daily to resolve queries. All customer interactions will be handled through phone, live chat, and WhatsApp. You will have the opportunity to shape the customer journey and propose new ways to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Be the face and voice of our client to new and existing customers.
2. Use communication tools including phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat to keep customers informed.
3. Address a wide range of queries, issues, and feedback from customers.
4. Bring happiness to our customers and their pets.
5. Provide customer insights and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
6. Contribute to our company culture and bring fresh perspectives.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for dogs and animals.
• Customer service experience.
• Willingness to work hard and get involved.
• Reasonable numerical reasoning skills.
• Kind, thoughtful, and giving nature.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and improve.
• Genuine, honest, innovative, and adaptable.
• Creative, curious, and full of ideas.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in hospitality and concierge roles is advantageous.
• Experience with live web chat, email, and voice communication is essential.

This role is for 40 hours per week, on a rolling rota including weekends and bank holidays, with shifts scheduled between 9 am and 10 pm, subject to change.
