Requirements
  1. Minimum 6 months+ experience in the industry
  2. GDS experience mandatory
  3. Airline & ticketing experience mandatory
  4. Familiarity with Galileo or similar systems
  5. Knowledge of fare rules, including updates and voiding
  6. Extensive knowledge of the industry, dealing with multiple codes and fares
  7. Criminal clearance
  8. South African citizen
  9. Ability to work rotational shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, from Monday to Sunday (24/7)

The role requires reliability, flexibility, professionalism, excellent verbal & written English communication skills, and a friendly "can-do" attitude.

The successful candidates will be able to multitask in a fast-paced, demanding environment, responding to emails, chats, and telephonic inquiries during their shifts. They will be proactive, independent thinkers, people-centric, capable of research, offering alternatives and solutions, and willing to go the extra mile to delight customers.
