POSITION INFO :

They are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team in Blackheath, Cape Town.

Job Overview :

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve any customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability
  3. Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
  4. Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
  5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications :
