Customer Service Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Keep abreast on company protocols and work procedures.
  • Provide online troubleshooting by chat, phone calls & emails.
  • Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers.
  • Achieve up-sales, conversions and decline solutions by chat and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer queries while keeping both the company and customer’s best interest in mind.
  • Work according to departmental and company protocols and work procedures.
  • Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction level for chat, email, and phone.
  • Perform proactive phone calls to customers according to predefined segments.
  • Report relevant departments regarding site issues, in accurate content and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Report in a timely manner customer escalations.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and respect office equipment.

Requirements:

  • English Written and spoken at mother tongue level.
  • Additional languages – an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Cricket sports code
  • Excellent Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills in English.
  • Promote Team Player and positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Services representative – a must.
  • Previous experience in the Gaming industry– an advantage.
  • Experience in Sales – an advantage.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and in a stressful environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed.
  • Ability to multi-task between different responsibilities
