Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures as and when required;
  2. Assist customers when there are flight disruptions and/or cancellations;
  3. Handle and safeguard confidential information;
  4. Address any complaints in a professional and timely manner;
  5. Escalate any problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty;
  6. Provide professional customer service at all times.
