Responsibilities:

1. Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures as and when required.
2. Assist customers when there are flight disruptions and/or cancellations.
3. Handle and safeguard confidential information.
4. Address any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Escalate any problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty.
6. Provide professional customer service at all times.
