Our client is looking for English Customer Service Agents that are excited about entering the international market.

Campaign: UK Customer service - Telecommunications

Working Hours: UK hours, however, you need to be open to 24 / 7 rotational shifts.

Requirements:

  1. English fluent
  2. High school qualification
  3. Permission to work in South Africa
  4. Minimum 6 months' call center experience (preferably customer service)
  5. 6 months of International Exposure
  6. Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24 / 7 environment
  7. Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
  8. Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
  9. Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions
  10. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
  11. Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows
  12. Adhere to strict deadlines
  13. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
