What you will do in this role

  1. Taking ownership of high profile, escalated cases from beginning to resolution
  2. Manage work order within business SLA's
  3. Proactively offer solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might face
  4. Consistently apply agreed behavioural and compliance standards
  5. Share knowledge and skills with other members of the team
  6. Communicate new information relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers, and managers
  7. Develop and maintain current knowledge of the campaign
  8. Ensure first contact resolution at all times
  9. Protect information security and highlight any issues using the correct processes
  10. Provide excellent customer experiences at all times
  11. Verify and update customer information
  12. Proactively offer solutions to customer issues or concerns

Your qualifications and experience

  • Minimum of 6 months international contact centre experience (essential)
  • Passed Grade 12
  • Ability to work shifts aligned to UK business hours
  • Proficient in English verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and highly responsible
