SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

A reputable company is looking for a Customer Sales Support team member to support its sales division and deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Sales Consultants and internal departments on all sales orders
  • Provide customers with regular feedback on their order progress and confirm delivery dates
  • Manage Sales Consultants’ diaries
  • Assist Sales Consultants in reaching their targets
  • Handle a full range of customer service tasks related to the role
  • Develop leads by contacting dormant clients
  • Monitor customer stock levels and remind them when it’s time to reorder
  • Actively participate in finding solutions for customer needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients on Excel
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide backup support for colleagues

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent (additional relevant qualification is advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Excel is essential
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills

Work Hours:

08:00 - 16:30 Mondays to Fridays
