About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we expand, we are looking for a Customer & Sales Engagement Specialist to enhance customer relationships, drive sales, and provide top-notch support. If you're proactive, results-driven, and passionate about turning inquiries into conversions, this role is for you!


Role Overview:
As a Customer & Sales Engagement Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between customer service and sales. Your role will involve proactively assisting customers, recovering abandoned carts, and maximizing revenue opportunities while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
  2. Provide product recommendations and upsell to increase conversions.
  3. Recover abandoned carts and follow up with potential buyers.
  4. Assist with customer inquiries, subscriptions, cancellations, and returns.
  5. Track interactions and meet sales and engagement KPIs using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or e-commerce.
  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers.
  3. Experience handling live chat, phone support, and CRM tools.
  4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  5. Adaptable, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. $3-$4/hour for customer service roles, with annual increases. (Candidates who are selected for outbound sales roles will receive a rate of $5/hour plus commissions)
  2. PTO, health insurance (specific regions), and health stipends.
