Job summary

Santam in Rosebank, Gauteng, is seeking a Retention Consultant to proactively retain customers across micro-insurance products, including life and non-life offerings, and to drive engagement within the MultiChoice ecosystem.

You will analyse data to identify at-risk customers, engage via calls and digital channels, and collaborate with sales and product teams to maximise customer lifetime value through upselling and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer retention, insurance or subscription services.
• FAIS Compliance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify at-risk customers using behavioural and transactional data.
• Proactively engage customers via calls, emails and digital channels.
• Maintain understanding of existing products and upcoming MultiChoice offerings.
