Directly reporting to the Vice President, Customer Solutions Delivery, and working with a team of highly skilled engineers, you will be responsible for executing advanced process solutions for TOMRA FOOD’s key customers. This involves setting up, implementing, and monitoring a structured stage gate process, collaborating with customers from initial pre-sale interactions to final commissioning, ensuring peace of mind. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties to meet standards and deadlines.

  • Manage TOMRA Food projects, including peeling and sorting equipment and peripherals, from quotation to commissioning.
  • Assist the sales team in accurately costing projects and identifying risks during quotation.
  • Facilitate smooth project handover to the Service Organisation after execution.
  • Develop expertise in equipment, processes, and products to support sales and customer solutions.
  • Communicate customer design standards and ensure their implementation to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Assist in equipment supplier negotiations.
  • Control project budgets and manage change orders.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to adhere to project schedules.
  • Align projects with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure hands-on project management.

Health & Safety

  • Understand and adhere to health and safety responsibilities and standards, including TOMRASafe standards.
  • Document and investigate incidents.
  • Report hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures.
  • Supervise and train employees and contractors to ensure safety.

Qualifications
