Job summary

Epiroc in South Africa invites applications for a Customer Manager Parts & Services in Boksburg. You will build trusted partnerships by understanding customer needs, identifying parts and service requirements, and delivering value-driven solutions to improve productivity and equipment performance.

You will drive growth through disciplined customer engagement, opportunity management, forecasting, planning, and execution, while addressing risks before they impact operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mining, Business Management, Commercial Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Customer Management, Key Account Management, Aftermarket Sales, or Mining Services.
• Strong commercial analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills and acumen with proven experience in customer relationship management and business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
• Highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert Parts & Services sales opportunities that improve customer productivity and business growth.
• Develop and execute customer account plans focused on revenue, profitability, and customer retention.
• Manage customer opportunities, quotations, forecasts, and activities through Salesforce CRM.
• Develop accurate parts demand forecasts and support effective inventory planning.
• Ensure optimal stock availability through Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and consignment programs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and supply chain risks.
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
