Education & Experience:
- MATRIC CERTIFICATE A MUST, with advantage given to candidates with education in Interior Design or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer relations, or account management.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, and luxury homeowners.
- Strong knowledge of high-end fabrics, textiles, and luxury furnishings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Returns Management: Investigate returns to ensure they align with company policy.
- Credit and Refund Processing: Handle credit processing and ensure stock returns are accurately documented.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, provide professional service, and handle complaints following company guidelines.
- Stock and Price Checks: Verify stock availability, perform price checks, and manage reservation requests.
- Claims and Records: Keep claims records updated and submit them monthly.
- Client Assistance: Support clients with fabric selection and assist in showroom and event setups as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with reports, meeting minutes, and resolve account queries.
- Account Applications: Investigate and verify new account applications with correct documentation.
