Purpose:

Promote confidence in the company’s products with the objective to increase and optimize usage at existing clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 2- 3 years related experience.
• Reliable transport with a valid driver’s license.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with all Clients in Pietermaritzburg.
• Log all client visits on Sales Portal.
• Ensure that clients are informed on all product developments and market trends (this will be done through training, research, and networking).
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products.
• Keep abreast of what competitors are doing.
• Refer customer complaints regarding product and services.
• Knowledge of the customer’s business and what is important in the business.
• Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, free format message, e-mail and face-to-face interaction.
