Customer Framework Compliance Senior Analyst, GCO

The Mimecast Governance and Certification Office (GCO) is seeking a Customer Framework Compliance Senior Analyst to support trust and assurance discussions during the sales process.

This is a 12-month position based in RSA. The role involves assisting Mimecast's sales team with responses to various requests and questionnaires, primarily for large, enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a software company environment, handling Tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

The analyst will review Restricted Party Screening (RPS) alerts alongside the sales team and collaborate with subject matter experts and the GCO team to craft responses to customer inquiries. The role supports staff at all levels and requires working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Candidates must be proactive, capable of multitasking under pressure with minimal supervision, resourceful, and quick to learn.

What You'll Do
  1. Serve as the primary contact with Go-to-Market, Legal, and GCO teams to provide updates on requests.
  2. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires within established SLAs.
  3. Coordinate quality checks and updates to response libraries and repositories used in proposal development.
  4. Manage timelines, expectations, and relationships effectively.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop consistent, compelling responses that meet proposal requirements.
  6. Review and escalate Restricted Party Screening alerts as needed.
  7. Support the achievement of GCO objectives.
  8. Register and assign requests from the GTM team.
  9. Participate in projects to support professional growth.
What You'll Bring
  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing Tenders, RFPs, RFIs, or security questionnaires in a tech or software environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT, Networking, and Information Security fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels globally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to support North America Sales (approximately 20% of workdays may start/end 2-3 hours later).

A stable internet connection is required for remote work.
