Job description

We are hiring! We are looking for a smart, innovative Customer Experience Agent to join our team and help us ensure that our customers have a consistently excellent and delightful experience whenever they engage with us. The Role

You will be part of the Customer Experience team, which is the first line of communication in and out of the company.

Your role as a customer experience agent at Pargo is to support the Customer Experience team by assisting with client queries coming in from various communication channels and supporting the operations team to follow up on our partners' or customers' parcels.

Your responsibilities :

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Gr 12) or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other office tools like Google Sheets
