Job Title: Implementation Coordinator (Fixed Term)
We have 1 position available for a 1-year fixed term.
Job Purpose
To coordinate technical and business information between vendors and internal stakeholders to enable service delivery and implementation of products and services to customers.
Responsibilities
- Loading stores for onboarding and liaising with all parties to complete the installation.
- Loading T5 details and sending out welcome packs to clients upon completion of installation.
- Assisting the team with closing legacy tickets on Jira and verifying stores when they go live.
- Contacting stores on Day 1, 7, and 31 for courtesy calls and to address any issues, logging queries as needed.
- Following up on inactive terminal reports and no-trade terminal reports.
- Assisting with Transpector queries and follow-up on unsuccessful installs.
- Administrative duties including loading new stores, capturing amendments on STO, and logging implementation activities on Jira.
- Handling ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Customer Engagement
- Coordinate implementation of TJ solutions across the customer base and communicate customer requirements internally.
- Ensure effective and timely customer engagement to manage expectations and communicate delays.
- Address and resolve queries promptly, promote visibility of customer requirements, and support SLA activities such as onboarding, device order logging, and site surveys.
- Loading merchants on STO, creating POS, switch, back-office tickets, QA processes, providing configs, and creating logins.
- Assist merchants with login issues, Transpector training, and related queries.
