The Customer Compliance Agent will ensure adherence to internal policies, risk management, and compliance procedures.

• 1-2 years of administration experience

What You’ll Do For The Brand

Customer Service

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Maintain professional interactions with clients
• Ensure high quality standards in client interactions

Compliance/AML

• Review client KYC documents and perform due diligence checks
• Monitor screening of Politically Exposed Persons and sanctions, escalating matches promptly
• Monitor online client activity for indicators of money laundering
• Draft Suspicious Activity Reports for submission to the Nominated Officer
• Check marketing adverts and affiliate sites for compliance with standards
• Handle deposit limit change requests
• Review enhanced due diligence requests
• Conduct Source of Wealth reviews
• Identify and interact with players for safer gambling
• Communicate safer gaming options to clients
• Escalate suspicious transactions and submit reports
• Prepare data protection requests accurately
• Manage data erasure requests
• Follow policies for complaints and dispute handling

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of interactions
• Escalate uncleared queries timely
• Maintain confidentiality and independence
• Report to the Senior Compliance Team Leader
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required
