Responsibilities

• Ensure products are well presented and sales areas are clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve basic issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Help receive, unpack, label, and organise stock as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
