BASIC SALARY: R20 000.00 + Commission + Fuel and Cellphone Allowance
START DATE: A.S.A.P / Immediate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- Strong time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing tasks with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of indoor plant care and maintenance would be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, proactive environment.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Valid Code 8 Drivers License and reliable vehicle for travel to various client locations across Cape Town (including CBD, Blouberg, Century City).
- In-depth knowledge of the greater Cape Town area.
- Previous sales experience and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good manners in all client interactions.
DUTIES:
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Recording product descriptions on the client operating system and comparing them with relevant customer agreements.
- Assisting the accounts department with monthly debt collections.
- Promptly attending to customer care queries and taking necessary action.
- Assisting operations staff when required.
- Submitting completed weekly call reports.
- Submitting a monthly updated client list.
- Assisting the Consultant with administrative tasks (warehouse orders) and site visits.
