Job Description: Customer Management Assistant at PST.AG

PST.AG is seeking a motivated and communicative assistant to support our team in customer management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Care: Creating tickets and resolving customer cases.
  2. Customer Communication: Providing comprehensive, seamless support from start to finish.
  3. Ticket Processing: Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets, supporting customers throughout the process.
  4. Scheduling Appointments: Arranging, organizing, and documenting appointments.
  5. ERP System Management: Creating documents from offers to invoices using an ERP system.

Additional Tasks: Process documentation, workflow management, marketing/social media.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Availability to work Central European Time (CET).
Must-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems (NetSuite, Odoo, etc.).
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ERPNext, Odoo, Flectra, etc.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility, independence, and team collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of the German language.
  • Strong linguistic skills with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a significant advantage.
