Job Title: Customer Care Consultant - Candy

Location: Centurion, South Africa (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

The Job

Customer support for RIBSA software products through portals, emails, telephonic inquiries, and after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide industry advice on solving real-world Quantity Surveying, Estimating, and Construction Management challenges to help customers maximize software benefits.
  • Answer all customer support calls, including assisting with the out-of-business-hours support rota for high-priority issues.
  • Respond to customer support emails.
  • Take responsibility for ticket resolution.
  • Support customers from any region, working with colleagues in the global RIB Customer Care team.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial experience using Candy software.
  • Understanding of Candy Estimating, Valuation, & Planning.
  • Relevant construction-related qualifications (e.g., Building Science, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying).
Desired Skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage workload from start to completion within the closing off cases by COB.
  • Ability to conceptualize and think creatively, imparting vision to others.
  • Ability to analyze data or processes to extract relevant information, resulting in effective reporting or research.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress.
