Job description

Do you excel at building customer relationships and closing deals over the phone? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Agent to join our team in Bloemfontein.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential
  • Proven experience in a customer service, telesales, and call centre environment
  • Bilingual (must be fluent in English and Afrikaans); ability to communicate in Xhosa is a strong advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Target-driven and customer-focused
  • Resides in Bloemfontein

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with queries, concerns, and service requests
  • Engage in telesales activities, reaching out to potential clients to promote our products and secure appointments
  • Maintain an excellent standard of customer service at every touchpoint
  • Record and update customer information accurately
  • Achieve and exceed appointment and sales targets for incentive rewards

Remuneration:

R 6 500 basic + incentive + additional sales incentive (dependent on appointments made)

Work hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
  • Every other Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
