About the Role
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Customer Business Support Specialist to join their 3rd Party Governance team within the Global Resource Management division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in managing external resource engagements and ensuring compliant purchasing processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, purchasing teams, and compliance departments to facilitate fast and efficient external consultant procurement through workforce management systems.

Key Responsibilities
Work Order Management
  • Guide project managers through work order processes
  • Create and manage work orders in workforce management systems
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all information provided
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and specifications
Process Oversight & Monitoring
  • Monitor progress of open work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with multiple parties to address delays
  • Maintain adherence to process timelines and standards
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Evaluate information accuracy and process adherence
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes
  • Recommend efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with team members on process enhancements
Additional Growth Opportunities
  • Potential expansion into third-party risk management
  • Supplier management and onboarding coordination
  • End-to-end risk management process oversight
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Minimum 5 years operational experience (supplier management, procurement, project management, or service operations preferred)
  • Fast learner with ability to understand complex, high-level processes
  • Experience in fast-paced, international environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong integrity and ethical business approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English essential
