A customer service company is seeking a Customer Advisor to achieve KPI targets and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing complaints, mentoring team members, and data entry. This full-time role is based in South Africa, and the contract is fixed term.
Ensures that customer issues andconcerns are answered efficientlyand effectively. More experienced Advisors may coach others and support the resolutionof escalated complaints inaccordance withbusiness, policy and legal requirements.

To respond to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via all the available channel
To accurately capture data and enter it on to the relevant systems
More experienced Advisors will support the Team Leader bymentoring and supporting team members to improve customer satisfaction andefficiency metrics within the business area
