Crawford International is seeking a passionate Business Studies Educator for the Senior and FET Phases to design and deliver engaging lessons within a future-focused, technology-enabled learning environment.

You will assess student progress, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of lifelong learning while upholding Crawford’s standards and IEB framework where applicable.

Qualifications

• a degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B.Ed (FET) with a specialisation in the subjects to be taught
• Experience teaching BUSINESS STUDIES in the FET Phase (Grades 10-12) will be advantageous
• Experience as an IEB marker for BUSINESS STUDIES would be advantageous
• SACE certification and a police clearance are requirements
• 5 - 10 years Teaching Experience
• 5 - 10 years Specialist subject teaching
• Computer and digital literacy
• First Aid

Responsabilités

• Plans, prepares, and delivers lessons aligned with Crawford curriculum and 21st century learning practices
• Assesses and records student progress with regular formative and summative assessments
• Provides feedback to students and parents throughout the year
• Contributes to moderation and standardisation processes and supports professional development of staff
• Maintains classroom discipline and supports student wellbeing
• Collaborates with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning
