Job description

Verify recruiting profiles & selection criteria with all involved departments.

Regularly update recruiting requirements based on operational needs and following HR policy.

Manage and update the application pool database.

Supervision and control over candidate resource pool.

Conduct personal and Skype interviews for onboard crew and senior officer positions.

Organise and execute assessment centers (location planning, communication with recruiting agencies worldwide, screening, selection, interviews, statistics).

Efficiently handle crewing requests with best practices to meet deadlines.

Participate in recruiting events worldwide with our partner agencies following SOPs and company standards.
