About the Role:
You'll be responsible for creating and implementing cross-channel campaign strategies, analyzing data to optimize performance, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do:
Develop detailed digital proposals outlining strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, search engine marketing) based on client briefs.
Analyze campaign performance data across different channels and integrate these insights into future strategies.
Assist with quality control of work practices and ensure adherence to GroupM financial policies.
Collaborate with the Investment team to optimize campaign budgets and meet investment priorities.
Build strong relationships with agency personnel and clients to ensure alignment on KPIs and project goals.
Provide ongoing support to colleagues and team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (entry-level).
Excellent communication and written/spoken English skills.
Strong planning and campaign buying skills (demonstrable experience required).
Experience with managing digital media campaigns.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent relationship management skills with experience building client rapport.
Strong attention to detail, stress resilience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
