We are seeking a skilled and client-focused CRM Trainer & Automation Specialist to educate clients on how to effectively use and manage their CRM systems. This role involves delivering tailored training sessions, helping clients become self-sufficient with their CRM platforms, and implementing automation workflows using tools like Salesforce, Zapier, HubSpot, or similar. Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or group training sessions to clients on how to use, update, and customize their CRM system.
Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation tailored to client needs and skill levels.
Set up and configure CRM platforms for clients, including pipelines, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
Implement and manage automation workflows using Zapier or similar tools to improve client efficiency.
Support clients post-training with troubleshooting, customization requests, and CRM optimization.
Assess client needs and recommend CRM strategies that align with their business processes.
Ensure clients are comfortable with making future changes to their CRM independently.
Keep up to date with CRM and automation trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Salesforce, Zapier, and/or other CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.
Experience delivering CRM training or onboarding to external clients or stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex tools.
Strong technical knowledge of CRM structures, workflows, and automation setup.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset.
