  1. Developing and executing innovative CRM strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  2. Analyzing player behavior, traffic sources (including ITG, SEO, Affiliates), and regional patterns to tailor conversion strategies.
  3. Creating and managing multi-channel campaigns focusing on segmentation, personalization, and real-time engagement.
  4. Collaborating with Acquisition, Product, Games, Design, Player Development, and Customer Support teams to align CRM goals with business objectives.
  5. Optimizing CRM tools such as Xtremepush and Optimove to monitor player journeys and behavioral trends.
  6. Working with the CRM Operations team to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
  7. Briefing and reviewing creative assets with the Design team to uphold industry standards.
  8. Coordinating with the Games team for promotional activities around top-performing games and campaigns.
  9. Partnering with Player Development to craft targeted campaigns for VIP and high-value players.
  10. Leading A/B testing to refine strategies and improve performance.
  11. Monitoring campaign metrics like open and click-through rates for continuous improvement.
  12. Maintaining transparency with stakeholders through detailed promotion plans.
  13. Staying informed on industry trends, competitor tactics, and CRM innovations.
  14. Implementing an omni-channel approach with real-time and onsite messaging for seamless communication.
  15. Acting as a brand ambassador through responsive and thoughtful customer engagement.

Requirements for this role include:

  1. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in CRM, retention marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  3. Solid experience with CRM platforms such as Xtremepush and Optimove.
  4. Excellent copywriting and promotional content creation skills.
  5. Advanced analytical and reporting abilities for data-driven decision-making.
  6. A strong understanding of segmentation, loyalty, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  7. Knowledge of online gaming and iGaming industry regulations.
  8. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
