A leading SaaS platform provider is seeking a presales professional to collaborate closely with sales teams in creating solutions and driving business closures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver a high-quality experience to prospects and customers during engagement, acquisition, and onboarding.
- Present and demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to all required points of contact at prospect's or customer's end.
- Create Solution Documents / Business Proposals, respond to RFQs / RFPs, and develop quick proof-of-concepts, custom demos, or integrations to support sales negotiations and deal closures.
- Understand the software and tools ecosystem of each prospect/customer and identify optimal ways to connect the company to them.
- Assess customer needs and collaborate with client POCs, sales, product/technology, delivery, and partner teams to identify the best solutions.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the product/platform and stay updated on new features, pitching them appropriately based on client requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and their offerings across relevant domains and regions.
- Provide feedback to product development, delivery, and sales teams regarding market trends and customer solution expectations.
- Engage continuously with technology, delivery, partners, and third-party vendors to foster innovations and enhancements, creating opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Follow best practices and drive process efficiencies, automation, and technological innovations.
- Aim to become the regional solution expert and go-to person for the sales team to address customer demands and business needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners, exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
- Participate in delivering knowledge-sharing sessions and training to internal teams and partners.
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in a presales role, preferably in Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, Real Estate, or within a CRM product organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, capable of addressing key client pain points.
- Expertise in creating presentations, proposals, and contracts with good commercial acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, aptitude, and ability to create quick prototypes or proof-of-concepts.
- Experience in preparing business and commercial proposals and responding to RFQs/RFPs.
- Passionate about customer-facing roles.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and execute effectively.
- Understanding of cloud-based platforms/applications and their delivery and consumption.
- Knowledge of SaaS applications' unique features and challenges, including web and mobile.
- Focused on delivering quality results and capable of multitasking.
