Job Summary
- Is the owner of the Group CRM Platform architecture capability.
- The CRM Platform architect is responsible for the design, development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of an enterprise CRM Platform architectures and related execution roadmaps, assuring its continued alignment to the overarching objectives of the Group business, IT and enterprise architecture (EA) requirements.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- BSc Computer Science or BComm Information Systems / Informatics or a similarly relevant Information Technology degree from a recognized university.
- Architecture practice and modelling-related certifications e.g. TOGAF, TMForum.
- CRM Industry standards & certifications would be beneficial.
- Supporting technology or business domain certifications.
Experience
- 8+ years’ experience as an architecture practitioner
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM specific architecture and solution design
- 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce
- 5+ years’ experience in leading / managing architecture and / or CRM implementation teams
- 3+ years’ experience in implementing large, mid-size and small CRM solutions / projects
- Deep domain knowledge of CRM and cloud systems / platforms & implementations, and hands-on experience working on related technologies with customers in those markets
- Experience with different CRM related systems and ecosystems
- Detailed experience and successful track record in establishing CRM capabilities, defining and driving the adoption of related architectures and capabilities.
- Knowledge and practical application of common CRM architectures
- Business process optimization skills related CRM specific processes and concepts, including data privacy, data security, legal and regulatory requirements for CRM service related models
- Strong understanding of software design and DevOps concepts
- Azure DevOps (ADO) and SaFe Agile experience will be beneficial
